low-calorie quick vegetarian wrap



 A super quick way to prepare a really healthy lunch that won't leave you drowsy and wishing for another coffee in order to stay awake.

whole-wheat wrap (though pita or naan is great as well)
1 egg
handful of kale
1 red bell pepper
1/4th of sweet red onion
1/2 of a tomato
salt

Slice the pepper and the tomato, chop up the onion. Fry the egg and add salt/cumin/pepper and whichever other spice tickles your fancy. Heat up your wrap and mix all the ingredients on top of it!

2 optional and very unnecessary blueberries if you want to make your wrap look really weird yet irresistibly attractive at the same time.
