blueberry spinach breakfast smoothie





I don't know many people that like avocados (including myself), but I promise that you won't even taste it in here! We will just sneak it in here for nutritional benefits :)

1 cup frozen blueberries
2 ripe bananas 
1 ripe avocado (pitted) 
1/2 cup of water 
2 cups spinach
topped off with walnuts for an extra energy kick
