turkey burgers & sweet potato fries

craving burgers and fries? let's do it the healthy (and FANCY) way.

ingredients:
ground turkey
tomato slice
feta cheese
red onion
a delicious bed of kale
sweet potato
honey BBQ sauce
cajun seasoning and sea salt
jalepeno hot sauce
YUMMY - and here's how to make it:







Sweet Potato Fries (approximately 35 minutes):


1. Peel and cut 2 large sweet potatoes into fry-shaped pieces.


2. Sprinkle with sea salt and cajun seasoning.


3. Bake on 400 for about 25 minutes


4. Pull the pan out, sprinkle with feta, top with red onion slices, and drizzle honey BBQ sauce on top.


5. Bake for another 5-10 minutes.




Turkey Burgers (approximately 20 minutes)



1. Slice tomato into fairly thick slices


2. Mix feta, hot sauce, sea salt, cajun seasoning, hot sauce, a little BBQ sauce and ground turkey in a bowl


3. Mush the burger mixture around the tomato slice


4. Grill or cook until edible.


5. Place on bed of kale, drizzle with BBQ sauce, and top with red onion slices.


6. Enjoy!
