a meal to soothe my weekend-regrets


This weekend was awful. Let's not go into details.

Here is the laziest way that I am trying to make up for my guilt. 

All the vegetables that I own.
Brown rice.
Salmon. Always a dear friend.
Lime is great for headaches. and forgetting...things.
Headache pills- optional. 

Throw veggies on a pan for 10 minutes.
Throw the salmon on a different pan, pour some olive oil, and fry 6 minutes on each side.
