1 large diced avocado
1 diced tomato
1/2 diced mango
1/2 cup of sliced jalepenos
1/2 lime
1/2 lime
Mix ingredients, squeeze lime juice on top, and heat all for extra happiness. And yes, apparently all of these ingredients are considered fruit. Who knew. This meal sated my craving for a more substantial meal during my three day fruit cleanse.
